The following positions are currently available:

Marketing Coordinator

Epicurean Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position has two main focus points – coordinating the Marketing efforts of Epicurean Group and assisting the President with daily tasks. The marketing efforts of Epicurean Group include: social media activity (facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc), photo database organization, working with an out-sourced graphic designer for collateral, creating basic items in house such as invitations, newsletters, award submissions, etc. Assisting the President includes, scheduling and managing appointments, attending meetings for record keeping, compiling requested reports, planning meetings and conference, keeping the President on track and organizing to assist with efficient business operations. The skills required for this position include, but are not limited to, •InDesign experience •Strong Computer skills – to include moderate ability in Excel •Ability to communicate through multiple channels – emails, phone, etc •High Organizational Skills •Basic project management execution •Hospitality experience

2015 World Ski Championship Staff

Epicurean Sports is providing high quality food and service for the 2015 World Ski Championship in Vail/Beaver Creek this February. We are hiring for all positions: Operations, Culinary, and Service. There are opportunities to work the entire duration of the Championship (Feb 1 - 16) or blocks of service based on daily events. Director of Hospitality

This position is a managerial position focusing on Epicurean Standards and Event Captains. Epicurean has established our standards and works to ensure that they are being upheld by all employees of the organization. This position also manages the Event Captains, creating their schedules, setting monthly meetings, and continuing to develop and grow the team. The Director of Hospitality is responsible for attending events and working with staff and managers on standards of execution. This position trains and develops the service staff to increase the final product Epicurean sells - Special Events.
Hours: office hours & event attendance (as dictated by business)

Event Operations

Epicurean's Event Operations staff are in charge of the details of an event once it has been confirmed by the client. These managers are the central point for all pieces of event execution. There is coordination with internal clients as well as external clients. The Event Operations staff do not participate in the sales process, but are still involved in client interaction.

Catering Event Designer (Group)

Epicurean Group is actively seeking a Catering Event Designer. This comprehensive position builds menus, creates staffing requirements, coordinates liquor and rentals as well as additional event related duties. Our event designers are food focused when it comes to event creation.
Hours: Full-time

Production Cook (Off-Premise Catering)

High volume production cook positions.
Hours: Shifts are mainly during the day and can work some events.

Back Captain (Off-Premise Catering)

A managerial position executing food for special events. Staff management and culinary skills are required.
Hours: Vary
