The following positions are currently available:

Accounting Manager {Group}

As the Accounting Manager, you will compile, process, and manage accounts payable and payroll records, and assist with month end tasks. You will report directly to the Director of Finance. You will have 2 – 4 years working in a fast paced corporate environment, preferably with increasing responsibility. Key tasks and responsibilities include coding of labor sheets, payroll benefit processing and tracking, coding invoices, verify approval on all Invoices and check request update and maintain vendor database, process 200-300 Invoices per week, reconcile vendor statements, process and follow-up on rush items, maintain accounts, payable files, 1099 preparation, inventory controls (cost tracking and physical counts), month end journal entries, and special projects as determined necessary. Required Qualifications: BA or BS from an accredited university and 2 – 4 years experience in a corporate environment.

Production Cook {Main Kitchen}

As a Production Cook, you must instill these ingredients, in your staff, at every event. Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. You will work in a high volume-catering kitchen, providing high quality food for our clients and guests. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Prepare food including cooking, roasting, baking, etc. • Participate in quality control tastings. • Portion and package food to be delivered to clients. • Assist in loading of deliver vans when necessary. • Complete preparation assignments for next days menu. • Clean equipment and perform other sanitation duties as assigned. • Follow Epicurean standards with regard to recipes and preparation.
Hours: Shifts are mainly during the day and can work some events

Broncos Suite Attendant {Sports}

As a Broncos Game Day Suite Attendant, you must instill these ingredients, in your work, at every home game: Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. Game Day Responsibilities Suite Set Up: • Ensure that all product, food and beverage, is accounted for before guest arrival. • Set up your suite according to Epicurean guidelines. • Coordinate with your section lead regarding any special guidelines. Guest Arrival: • Greet every guest and introduce yourself in a friendly manner. • Acknowledge who the host is for your suite –they will be your point of contact. • Speak with your host to begin any food or beverage orders. Game Time: • Maintain all aspects of the suite (disposables, beverage cooler, food items). • Place orders periodically throughout the game at your host’s request. • Proactively solve any issue or reasonable client request. Post-Game: • Graciously thank all guests for attending. • Complete proper suite breakdown of food, beverage and equipment. • Turn-in any applicable paper work, and check out with the closing manager.

Broncos Game Day Runner {Sports}

As a Broncos Game Day Runner, you must instill these ingredients, in your work, at every home game. Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. Game Day Responsibilities: Pre Game-Help to distribute food to respective suites. • Assist suite attendant or section lead in setting up their suite to Epicurean standards. • Distribute fresh ice to each suite before the guests arrive. Game Time-Be readily available to distribute food and beverage orders to the corresponding suites. • Ensure that orders arrive in a timely fashion. • Return each order’s invoice to the Epicurean command center for record keeping. • Assist any guest in finding the solution to any reasonable request. Post Game-Assist in bringing equipment to main Epicurean kitchen. • Clean Runner’s staging area to Pre Game standard.
Hours: Broncos Season Home Games: Generally Sundays

Broncos Section Lead {Sports}

As a Broncos Game Day Section Lead, you must instill these ingredients, in your staff, at every home game. Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. Game Day Responsibilities: Pre-Shift Meeting-Attend a pre-shift meeting before each game to go over specifics for your section of 5 to 6 Suites. • Understand the intricacies for each Suite you are managing. • Compile all necessary paperwork to distribute to Suite Attendants (if applicable). Suite Set-Up-Introduce yourself to all Suite Attendants & Pantry Chefs in your section. • Manage the suite set-up of food & beverage through your Suite Attendant or yourself. • Ensure all Suites are set-up consistently & to Epicurean standards. Game Time-Introduce yourself to all guests & hosts in your section. • Communicate with your Pantry Chef about delivery times & special requests. • Execute all food & beverage orders for your section. • Proactively solve any issue or reasonable client request. Post-Game-Graciously thank all guests for attending. • Properly breakdown each Suite as designated in the training manual. • Complete liquor inventory in each Suite. • Turn-in any applicable paperwork & check out with the closing manager.

Front Captain {Off-Premise Catering}

A managerial position executing front of house service at special events. This position requires strong staff management ability, the ability to problem solve, and an eye for detail.

FOH Service Staff

As a Front of the House Service Staff Member, you must instill these ingredients, in your work, at every home game. Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. Event Responsibilities: Pre-Event-Check in with your Captain for specific instructions. • Set up seated and buffet tables to Epicurean standards. • Attend the Captain’s Meeting for event timeline and particulars. During the Event-Greet every guest that you encounter with excitement and a smile. • Offer to assist the guests in any way you can. • Perform your assigned task – passer, clearer, etc., with Epicurean’s Natural Ingredients in mind. • Be proactive in addressing any service issues. • Keep the event space clean. • Engage the guests. Post-Event-Distribute dirty glasses, plates and silverware to appropriate containers. • Collect all linen in laundry bags. • Move tables and chairs to storage location for pick up (if applicable). • Clean the event space to leave it cleaner than we found it. • Check out with your Captain.

BOH Service Staff {Off-Premise Catering}

As a Back of the House Event Staff Member, you must instill these ingredients, in your work, at every home game. Food, Service, Passion, Going Above & Beyond and Relationships are the key ingredients to SUCCESS. Challenge yourself to incorporate each key ingredient into your job. Event Responsibilities: Pre-Event-Check in with your Captain for specific instructions • Set up your kitchen station. • Attend the Captain’s Meeting for event timeline & delegations and concern areas to watch. During the Event-Quality control with Back Captain as guide on presentation. • Help run plates and food to rotation lines. • Store left over food properly. • Perform your assigned task – rotation, kitchen assist, station chef, etc., with Epicurean’s Natural Ingredients in mind. • Be proactive in addressing any kitchen issues. • Keep the kitchen space clean. •Post-Event-Condense all pans of food and store properly. • Breakdown all kitchen equipment and clean thoroughly. • Properly organize all recovery food. • Clear trash. • Distribute dirty glasses, plates and silverware to appropriate containers. • Clean your workspace and leave it cleaner than you found it. • Check out with your Captain.

Line Cook {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

Epicurean's first restaurant concept, Mangia Bevi Café, offers breakfast and lunch options in a fast|casual atmosphere. Our line cooks are preparing salads, pizzas, sandwiches and daily specials in our open kitchen. The hours for this position vary, and are during the day, the restaurant's operating hours are 7am -2pm.

Barista/Server {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

Epicurean's first restaurant concept, Mangia Bevi Café, offers breakfast and lunch options in a fast|casual atmosphere. Our Barista|Server is taking guest orders at a counter, preparing Starbucks beverages, and delivering orders to the guests' table. The restaurant's operating hours are 7am - 2pm.

Dishwasher {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

The Catering Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen production equipment, cooking utensils, event decor, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. General Duties: Sort and rinse dirty equipment and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean equipment. Carries clean equipment to production cook area and other proper storage areas. Rewashes soiled dishes before delivering. Change dishwater in dish machine every hour. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster. Set up or break down dishwashing area. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Sweep/mop floors. Assemble/disassemble dish machine. Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures. Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first. Other duties as directed.

Event Operations Coordinator {Off-Premise Catering}

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned catering sales and/or operations professional with a notable track record cultivating relationships with internal and external clients. Your primary responsibilities will include client management, interoffice communication, rental and liquor execution and billing. This position does not conduct the sales, but works diligently after the contract has been signed to guarantee that the logistics are in place for a flawless event. Office Responsibilities: Receive final guest counts, updates and payment prior to event execution. Designate applicable equipment to menu and event. Guarantee accurate rental and liquor orders with our preferred vendors. Complete packing lists & captain notes for each event. Facilitate all interoffice communications. Attend all applicable meetings (i.e. production, menu, sales, etc.). Coordinate site visits to understand specific intricacies of each event and venue (i.e. parking, loading, security, etc.). Event Hours: Attend all events. Ensure client’s vision is being realized. Guarantee event timeline is being followed. Manage relationship with the venue. Minimum Qualifications: Four year degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in catering sales and/or operations, in increasing responsibility. Demonstrated time management and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Social Tables or similar design software. Knowledge of Fusion Catering Solutions or similar program. Effective in fostering teamwork among staff members. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to compare, contrast and quality check with detail. Work Function: Hours: M – F, 9am – 5pm, Rotating Saturday & Events. Business chic attire. Reports directly to the Director of Sales. There is potential this may be an office hours only position.

Event Designer {Off-Premise Catering}

The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibilities will include generating sales, creating menus, executing the client vision, and coordinating labor needs. Cultivating the client, vendor and facility relationships will permeate throughout these responsibilities. Office Responsibilities: Outreach to new clients to continually grow book of business and generate profitable sales. Foster relationships with venues, vendors and clients to ensure ongoing revenue generating activity. Create personalized menu & labor details for each event. Establish rental & alcohol needs with preferred vendors. Manage client expectations and vision to execute flawless events. Attend all applicable meetings (i.e. production, menu, sales, etc.). Event Hours: Attend all events. Ensure client’s vision is being realized. Guarantee event timeline is being followed. Minimum Qualifications: Four year degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in catering, or other sales role, in increasing responsibility. Demonstrated time management and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Passion for food and beverage. Experience with Social Tables or similar design software. Knowledge of Fusion Catering Solutions or similar program.
