The following positions are currently available:

Line Cook {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

Epicurean's first restaurant concept, Mangia Bevi Café, offers breakfast and lunch options in a fast|casual atmosphere. Our line cooks are preparing salads, pizzas, sandwiches and daily specials in our open kitchen. The hours for this position vary, and are during the day, the restaurant's operating hours are 7am -2pm.
Hours: Vary, based on business

Production Cook {Off-Premise Catering}

High volume production cook positions.
Hours: Shifts are mainly during the day and can work some events

Barista|Server {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

Epicurean's first restaurant concept, Mangia Bevi Café, offers breakfast and lunch options in a fast|casual atmosphere. Our Barista|Server is taking guest orders at a counter, preparing Starbucks beverages, and delivering orders to the guests' table. The restaurant's operating hours are 7am - 2pm.
Hours: Vary, based on business

Front Captain {Off-Premise Catering}

A managerial position executing front of house service at special events. This position requires strong staff management ability, the ability to problem solve, and an eye for detail.
Hours: Based on event schedule

Back Captain {Off-Premise Catering}

A managerial position executing back of house service at special events. This position requires strong staff management ability, the ability to problem solve, and an eye for detail.
Hours: Based on event schedule

Dishwasher {Mangia Bevi Cafe}

The Catering Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen production equipment, cooking utensils, event decor, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. General Duties: Sort and rinse dirty equipment and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean equipment. Carries clean equipment to production cook area and other proper storage areas. Rewashes soiled dishes before delivering. Change dishwater in dish machine every hour. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster. Set up or break down dishwashing area. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Sweep/mop floors. Assemble/disassemble dish machine. Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures. Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first. Other duties as directed.

Catering Event Designer {Group}

Epicurean Group is seeking a Catering Event Designer. This comprehensive position builds menus, creates staffing requirements, coordinates liquor and rentals as well as additional event related duties. Our event designers are food focused when it comes to event creation.
